Fire Test Desk is the quick and easy automated telephone service for fire alarm testing. Available at any time of day or night, 365 days of the year, there’s no need to wait in a call queue to speak to an Alarm Receiving Centre operator.
Just dial the Fire Test Desk number from a landline or mobile phone and follow the voice prompts to enter the unique site reference number to place your system out of service while the fire test is carried out.
Once the test is complete, you can call back and follow the voice prompts to receive confirmation that the test signals were received by the ARC. The system can then be quickly be placed back into service, all without the need to speak to an operator.
