Emergency services will be called if we can confirm the presence of a fire on site. The key holder can also be called, or we will visit the site if Scutum Digital is the designated key holder.

Users can view Areas, Transmitters and Logs and have the ability to place systems On Test, and run reports to view many detailed statistics. We also provide a secure on-line website, known as Guard-Net, allowing installers to access their own information regarding their clients.
Fire Desk – Automated Fire Alarm Testing
Fire Test Desk is the quick and easy automated telephone service for fire alarm testing. Available at any time of day or night, 365 days per year, with no need to wait in a call queue to speak to an Alarm Receiving Centre operator.
After dialling the fire test number and following the voice prompts we will take your system out of service while you are running a fire test. On redialling confirmation can be provided that test signals were sent to Scutum Digital and your system can quickly be placed back into service.
